Venue Pricing:


Saturday Pricing (12 hour minimum):
12 HRS $1,995
$125 for each additional hour
18 HRS $2,495


Sunday – Friday Pricing*:
3 hr minimum – $500
$125 for each additional hour
12 HRS $1995 flat rate
18 HRS $2495 flat rate
*$995 Minimum (6 hours) Fridays & Sundays


Booking Fee: $250 – This non-refundable booking fee is required to hold event. Your booking fee is applied to cost of venue rental. 50% of the total is due within 60 days of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid in full a minimum of 60 days prior the date of the event.

Deposit: $250: The security deposit is fully refundable, less any damage or cleaning charges.

Linen Rental: $150

Rentable hours are from 6:00 am to 3:00 am.
All pricing includes tables and chairs.
Complimentary 1 hr for set up & clean up time added to every booking.
Banquet license and certificate of insurance are required thirty days prior to event.
